Expectations

Do I have unrealistic expectations? I have to wonder? When I want something done I expect it to be done? When I set up an appointment I expect that person to be there, more so when they are supposed to be my supervisor or in some way my superior. I think maybe on some levels I set too high a standards for myself and that's why I get upset or piss people off, because I don't either clearly communicate what my expectations are or they pretend to understand what is expected of them when they clearly do not. Is it to much to ask when you don't understand you simply say I don't understand or when you can not make a meeting you say sorry that time does not work for me? A little bit of honestly goes a LONG way!!!!!
